Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery is free on all orders to Mainland UK above £100, excluding VAT; exclusions apply to some regions of the Scottish Highland and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man; you can obtain a quotation for shipping costs in the shopping cart before going through the checkout process.

From time to time, our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands; in these cases, we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customers. We will contact you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs; if you do not wish to make the additional payment, a full refund will be offered, and your order will be cancelled.

1-2 Day Delivery is available on stock items only, and where available, charges for the 1-2 delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for 1-2 working day delivery must be placed by 1:00 pm unless otherwise stated.

The estimated delivery dates provided are subject to possible unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, NEBCO LTD cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from a delay in delivery. It is important to note that events beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, riot, extreme weather, or strikes, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that may result from such situations.

The company reserves the right to deliver Goods in instalments, each treated as a separate contract.

Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchaser's premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged before delivery and will be charged extra.

The courier delivers goods, and a signature is required if the courier cannot make delivery, a card will be left, and the goods will be returned to the depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day, or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. You are responsible for advising of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.

We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website or by written notice within:

  • 4 days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a Consignment or loss of part of a Consignment;
  • and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a Consignment) within 28 days from when the Consignment left with the courier.

Delivery Lead Times

Approximate delivery times are provided for all products featured on our website. This information is located using a delivery icon as seen below, as well as within the delivery information tab on each product's individual web pages.

1-2 working day - Available for UK Mainland orders placed before 1 pm*. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day on the 1-2 day delivery service.

3-5 Working days - Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days from payment clearance for delivery.

5-7 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

7-10 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 7-10 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

15-20 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 15-20 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

Made to order - Products made to order are manufactured to order and incur an extended lead time. Please note:  We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as per our delivery status icon.

 

Returns

Returns Policy for Consumers

The law states, a consumer is defined as “a buyer acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside the individual’s trade, business, or profession.”

Damages should be reported within three working days - this does not affect the consumer statutory rights.

The consumer should contact Us by telephone at 01302 595630 or by emailing support@nebco.co.uk. We will require full details of the reported damage or defect and may request images. The goods must remain in the original packaging and, if requested by NEBCO LTD, be promptly returned. Once we have verified the damage, defect or shortage of the Goods, we shall issue a replacement or a refund (including postage) to the consumer via the consumer original payment method. The consumer must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in the consumer's possession. We may refuse to replace or refund any goods returned to NEBCO LTD if we consider that the consumer has failed to take reasonable care of the goods.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected life of the Goods.

We extend the following terms:

Up to 30 days: if the goods are damaged or defective, the consumer can get a refund;

Up to six months: if the damaged or defective goods cannot be repaired or replaced, then the consumer are entitled to a refund of up to the full amount, in most cases;

Up to three years: in the event that the goods can be expected to last up to three years then the consumer may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the consumer may be entitled to a portion of the consumer money back.

If the consumer wishes to exercise the consumer's legal rights to reject the goods, the consumer must return the goods to us or allow NEBCO LTD to collect the goods from the consumer. The consumer must pay the reasonable costs of return or collection.

Goods agreed for return must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and suitable for resale. Neither credit nor refund shall be given for goods received damaged. the consumer shall be, unless otherwise agreed by NEBCO LTD, responsible for the cost of return. Where it has been agreed that the consumer arrange the return delivery, the proof of return will remain with the consumer.

Made-to-order non-stock, bespoke or customised goods are Exclusive Goods and cannot be accepted back into stock. If the consumer needs to cancel Exclusive Goods for any reason, this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. If accepted, charges may apply to cover any costs incurred. If a cancellation is possible after 24 hours, NEBCO LTD will charge a cancellation fee as it is unlikely that we could resell Exclusive Goods to another customer.

Returns Policy for Businesses

If the consumer are contracting with NEBCO LTD as a business customer, the consumer have three days following the consumer receipt of the Goods to report any damage to, defect in, incorrect delivery or shortage of the goods by contacting NEBCO LTD on 01302 595630 or by emailing support@nebco.co.uk. We will require full details of the reported damage or defect and may request images. The Goods must remain in the original packaging and, if requested by NEBCO LTD, be promptly returned. Once we have verified the damage, defect or shortage of the goods, we shall issue a replacement or a refund (including postage) to the consumer via the consumer's original payment method. The consumer must take reasonable care of the Goods in the consumer's possession. Unwanted goods or goods ordered in error may be accepted for a return only with the express permission of NEBCO LTD. Please also note that a minimum restocking charge of 30% of the sale price of the goods will apply. Refused deliveries for Exclusive Goods are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to Exclusive Goods, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

The consumer shall be, unless otherwise agreed by us, responsible for the cost of return and restocking as outlined in our terms and conditions. Goods returned shall remain the consumer responsibility until receipt of the goods by NEBCO LTD. Where it has been agreed that the consumer arrange the return delivery, the proof of return will remain with the consumer.

If the value of the goods returned by the consumer is diminished by any amount as a result of the handling of those Goods by the consumer, We may recover that amount from the consumer up to the Contract price. We may recover that amount by deducting it from any refund due to the consumer or require the consumer to pay that amount directly to NEBCO LTD.

 

Cancelling or Changing an Order Prior to Delivery

Please contact us by telephone on 01302 595630 or by emailing support@nebco.co.uk should the consumer wish to cancel or make amendments to order before delivery. Our team will work with the consumer to advise what can be done depending on the consumer's particular order, depending on the type of product and the current order stage it is currently in. If the product is not bespoke or made to order, we can usually cancel it free of charge if it has not been shipped.
